Fall 2011 Internships

Beginning immediately (Fall 2011 semester), Garbanzo Grafix is offering Fall 2011 internships for a MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER and GRAPHIC DESIGNER/ILLUSTRATOR. During this internship, you will work on professional broadcast and non-broadcast projects, as well as create hot video teases, sizzles, and promos for online distribution.

Transportation and lunch costs will be reimbursed. Applicants responding to this ad MUST INCLUDE a link to a graphics reel demonstrating a superior visual aesthetic (color, composition, timing). All other correspondence will be ignored. References are required. Professional experience is not necessary.

Requirements (MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER):

• Strong knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D

• Experience with Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

• Experience with a SLR and/or DV camera

• Enthusiastic & eager to learn

• Ability to meet deadlines

Requirements (GRAPHIC DESIGNER/ILLUSTRATOR):

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator

• Experience creating dynamic composition

• Experience in a traditional medium (acrylic/oil, charcoal, pastels, etc.)

• Enthusiastic & eager to learn

• Ability to meet deadlines
