Rugged Bros Brand & Products
In 2016, Garbanzo took on the massive challenge of creating and launching four unique products under a new national brand, “The Rugged Bros.” We handled everything from creative and art direction to managing a global remote team and overseeing all production and post-production. It was a true end-to-end journey that included designing a high-conversion website, directing on-location and in-studio photoshoots, and managing all digital marketing campaigns.
It was a tall order, to say the least! Beyond the creative, we managed the entire pipeline—including global sourcing, manufacturing, factory inspections, shipping, and fulfillment. The hard work paid off, resulting in $250k in annual sales between 2017 and 2019. We’re so proud of what we built from the ground up!

Garbanzo designed a premium Shopify experience that prioritized user trust and effortless ordering. To handle the scale, we bridged the website's backend with Amazon’s logistics and launched an optimized storefront to capture the bulk of the market. We then fueled growth by collaborating with social experts to build brand loyalty and awareness.
We successfully scaled the project from a ground-floor launch to a quarter-million dollars in yearly revenue
